Refund & Return Policy
We aim to ensure every purchase is made with confidence. If a return is necessary, the following guidelines apply:
Return Eligibility

Products must be unopened and with the product seal fully intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

International orders outside of the USA are not eligible for returns. All international sales are final.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email hello@omre.co with the order number and the item(s) to be returned.
The return shipping address and instructions will be provided upon request.

Items must be returned in secure packaging.

Use of a tracked shipping service is recommended.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
Subscription Orders
An email reminder is sent 3 days before each subscription renewal to allow time for adjustments or cancellations.

Subscriptions must be canceled at least 1 day before the renewal date.

Once a subscription renews, the order is automatically processed and shipped, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Unopened items may be returned within 7 business days, in accordance with the standard return terms and eligibility.
